Who we are
About Us
We are a marketing and referral service that connects veterans with denied or under-rated VA disability claims to one law firm for review.
Calls are answered by an automated intake assistant and may be recorded with your consent.
What do we do?
We operate a website that lets veterans, spouses, children, parents, or helpers submit a request about a VA disability claim or decision. The request is reviewed by Milberg, PLLC. We do not practice law and do not give legal advice.
Compensation is tax-free monthly pay for disabilities caused or worsened by service (38 U.S.C. §§ 1110, 1131). A claim needs an other-than-dishonorable discharge, a current disability, an in-service event, and a link between them.
What do we not do?
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, or any government agency. Anyone who helps prepare, present or prosecute a VA claim must be VA-accredited; you can confirm any representative’s accreditation with the VA Office of General Counsel accreditation search. We do not promise any outcome. We never ask for a Social Security number or medical records on the form.
Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm decides whether to accept the matter after its own review.
How do we protect data?
Information is sent over TLS. We limit who sees a request to VA Disability Help staff who process it and to Milberg, PLLC for review. We do not sell sensitive health or service data.
Blocked states are never stored. We log only an intake ID and a masked phone number.
Editorial standards
Facts on this site come from VA.gov, the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations, and Board of Veterans' Appeals reports. We reviewed the material on 2026-10-11. We cite the specific rule next to each legal statement.
You can check accreditation at the VA Office of General Counsel and find free representatives through the VA’s find-a-rep tool.
