Terms of Use
Calls are answered by an automated intake assistant and may be recorded with your consent.
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VA Disability Help website at https://vahelp.world and your submission of a request through the site. VA Disability Help ("we," "us") operates the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or by submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.
2. What the Service Is
VA Disability Help is a marketing and referral service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Requests submitted through this website are reviewed by Milberg, PLLC, which independently decides whether to contact you or accept your matter. Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship with Milberg, PLLC or anyone else. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a written agreement with the firm. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, or any government agency. Information on the site is general, may not apply to your situation, and may change. We do not guarantee any outcome, that you will be contacted, or that any claim or appeal will succeed. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state we serve. You must provide truthful and accurate information. If you submit a request on behalf of another person, you represent that you have that person's permission and authority to do so.
4. Consent to Communications
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that VA Disability Help and Milberg, PLLC may call and text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and may email you about your VA disability claim or appeal. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms at https://vahelp.world/sms-terms and the consent language on the form. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and of calls by asking.
Claimant attestation and electronic signature
Before you submit a request (and again if you answer follow-up questions), you must confirm that the information you provide is true and correct to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the veteran or claimant or are authorized to act on their behalf. Typing your full name is your electronic signature on that attestation and has the same effect as a handwritten signature for purposes of this website, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act. This is an online acknowledgment, not a sworn statement or notarized document. Requests with false or misleading information may be rejected, and Milberg, PLLC may decline to review them. We keep a record of the attestation as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, harass others, scrape content, reverse engineer the site, interfere with its operation, or submit requests from states we do not serve.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the request form.
7. Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites, including sites operated by Milberg, PLLC or referral resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
8. Disclaimers
The site and any services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the site is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Disability Help and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or submission of a request, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VA Disability Help, Milberg, PLLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO BE SELECTED BY COUNSEL], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Small claims court remains available for disputes that qualify. We do not require mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
